How do I place an order for Neree Jewelry?
When you’ve found the items you want to buy, select the style and quantity and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. This will automatically put the item in your shopping bag. You can see how many items are in your bag and edit them at any time by going to the bag icon in the top right hand corner. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ button to complete your order. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered on with the details of your order.

What payment methods do Neree Jewelry accept?
nereejewelry.com accepts Paypal and Bank Deposit into our nominated account. If you choose to use direct deposit payment methods, your purchases will not be shipped until payment has been cleared and accepted.

Can I add / amend my order?
Yes, if you contact us within an hour of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order. If it’s regarding changing the delivery address we would suggest ringing us or emailing straight away. However, if you require adding another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order and then informing us so we can match up your orders.

CARE GUIDE


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEREE JEWELRY PRODUCTS?
•  Neree Jewelry are handmade by skilled artisans. As a result, every piece is unique and delicate and no two pieces are the same.
•  To keep your Neree piece in good condition, we suggest storing it in the pouch or box provided in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
•  Avoid contact with hair products, cosmetics and perfume. Take your Neree Jewelry off prior to swimming, exercise, showering and doing contact sports.
•  Tarnishing & discolouration is caused by the oxidation process which occurs when metal is in contact with air and acids through handling and moisture.
•  Clean gold and rhodium-plated metals with a soft cloth and never use silver polish or metal cleaners.
•  Please note that all metals naturally tarnish, fade, oxidise with time and will require maintenance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We accept return or exchange unworn items, within 5 days of purchase.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We will only exchange items if we have stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

For returns on faulty or damaged items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.

Neree Jewelry will repair items purchased through nereejewelry.com at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

SHIPPING & HANDLING


We dispatch all orders from our San Pablo Studio located in San Pablo City, Laguna.

All Jewelry is packed in a signature Neree Jewelry Box and/or pouch before being delivered to you. If for an unforeseen circumstances your jewelry arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, you must notify us within 24 hours.

For orders within Metro Manila, please expect your packages within 3-5 business days.
For orders outside of Metro Manila, allow 4-5 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your item is dispatched we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier service provider.
